south was discovered during excavation in the farm of Mrs. Kavita Giri (Shimpi) and the Krishnapriya Parivar(Velha) in Naalvat village near Tornagad. The village of Tornagad (Velha) has a rich history from theChatrapati Shivaji Maharaj era. The exact Veer Hanuman idol, is from the time of Maharaj or the Peshwas era , is a topic of research and social interest. The Krishnapriya Social Welfare
Charitable Trust sees this as a significant opportunity for social awareness and action. With this
aim in mind, the Trust has embarked on an ambitious and sacred mission to properly install this revered Dakshinmukhi idol of Hanuman in the sacred land of Nalwat village near Tornagad. A magnificent Hanuman temple will be constructed in a spacious area, honoring the legacy of this revered
hero. Inspired by the heartfelt devotion of Siddheshwar Shimpi , the villagers of Nalwat have come
together to bring the vision of the Veer Hanuman temple to life. The poetry and dedication have
been captured on paper, and soon this beautiful structure will stand proudly on this sacred land
